Friends Take a look at www.trainsardine.org/. Should this message board join them in what they are doing? Yours sincerely O.V.S.Bulleid

Dear O.V.S. They seem very organised with their specific problem of rolling stock shortage. Reading some of the correspondence it appears that the franchise, via our old friends DfT, was not quite what they expected! Where have we heard that before? My belief is that contact with like organisations can be advantageous to all and we should not hesitate in backing them where possible, but joining them in what they are doing would not, in my opinion, be of any benefit to either side. regards HOGW

My Dear Sir,
I agree with you - my reason for pointing viewers to the website was really to show how how you can "get under the skin" of a subject via a website with the right material.
Websites with the right arguments (and some contact with the media might be useful as we you living mortals move forward inexorably towards a more expensive and slower journey times) might raise the media interest to a higher level through 2009...
What do viewers think?
Yours sincerely O.V.S.Bulleid
