Rainham Station - two questions

1. Anyone got any spare 50p's for the electricity meter? Power was out at the station again tonight. Staff were on the platforms with weedy torches, but I was impressed that they were there all the same - good show.

2. Does anyone know why there is a temporary 20 MPH speed limit leaving Rainham, coastbound?
