As much as I am against HS1 reducing our 'proper' services, I have to admit that the trains do look incredibly cool.
A Class 395 pulled in to Rainham station today (at 11:08). I was waiting at the barriers as it slid (it does slide!) into the station. Everyone waiting was staring.
I rushed into the car park after the barriers lifted but it pulled out before I could get a photo.
A very cool looking train. Shame I have no use for it (although I appear to be paying for it!)
