Does anybody know if there is a governing body I can complain to about the apalling lack of service from South Eastern? After this mornings fiasco, as I am about to leave work, I have found there are more problems this evening. I really have reached the end of my tether with this lot, over £3000 for an annual season ticket, and for what. I have lost count of the number of delays, cancellations, trespassers on the line, signal problems, etc, etc, this year, unfortunately, as with most people, there is no option.

When you've complained to Southeastern, if they don't give you a satisfactory response, you can take things to Passenger Focus www.passengerfocus.org.uk/advice-and-complaints/complaints/

Not sure how tresspassers or signal faults can be blamed on Souhteastern. Surely Network Rail , but not Southeastern?
