Well hello all,
Secret forum definitely rumbled! But glad to be aboard an alternative method of cummunication. Who needs the BBC?
(Is this the slam door version?)

Hi Cel, Glad to have you aboard! It's whichever version you want - slamdoor or plastic - but hopefully it will always be on-time 24/7, with plenty of space for everyone! Kind regards, Richard

Its almost as though the change has been relatively seemless - nice to hear from old friends.
I hope that more come across to join us - there seems to have been an outage earlier this evening but ok now.
OVS (I really must become less formal now we have left the BBC)

Hello all,
Just a note from the team at BBC Kent to say that we're sorry our message boards have had to come to an end after such a long - and fruitful - run. The decision was out of our hands but we all hope your discussion and debate carries on in the same spirit.

Good Morning to those from BBC Kent.
Thanks for your kind words, as ever the decisions are made by those at the top who have no understanding of the impact they may have...
Feel free to keep posting as a guest and let us know your and your listeners thoughts on their commutes to kent and what they woudl like to see happen to our train service.
Thanks

Dear Robert, and other BBC staff, I echo Trainplanners post, and thank you for your kind words. I sincerely hope you all are still in full employment within the BBC and this is more of a shuffle than a cut. It does seem odd that "top brass" had something very valuable and quite well used, yet seemed intent on destroying it. This appears to be the modern way of "management" thinking though, and is similar on the railway as at the BBC, apparantly. Best wishes for the future, and as TP says, please feel free to join us at any time. Kind regards, Richard
