Some of you may have seen the horrible images on the BBC or via YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkQ71CI5s9wIt does appear that the train was going too fast. I'm wondering how UK carriages could cope with an accident like this? I usually travel on 375s and sometimes 395s. I get the feeling that our current carriages are much more robust. (I am aware that the 375s I get to work max out at 100mph). Are the HST and 225 carriages lest robust? Regards, NoOnions
